By accessing or using Sentimo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Sentimo is an AI-driven market sentiment intelligence platform that aggregates sentiment data from multiple sources — including news media, social channels, and community voting — to assist traders and investors in their market analysis. The Platform provides tools including Ticker Analysis, Sentiment Engine, Risk & Correlation Analysis, Position Recovery Calculator, and Market Intelligence modules.
The content, data, analysis, sentiment scores, and any other information provided by Sentimo is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make any financial or investment decision based solely on information obtained from Sentimo.
Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Brazhelp Solutions Ltd accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of using the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using Sentimo, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Brazhelp Solutions Ltd reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Sentimo offers a free 3-day trial, an Individual plan at $4.90/month, and a Pro plan at $29/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform without prior written consent.
The Sentimo name, software, application, and all associated intellectual property rights are developed and owned by Brazhelp Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 13259174. All content, design, code, and data on the Platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brazhelp Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
